Saw the product on Shark Tank and was really looking forward to tasting it. However........
Horrible and unresponsive customer service. My own fault for placing an order with the wrong delivery address. Had to fumble through a bunch of garbage AI generated responses before able to Contacted the seller via email to make change. No one responded until a week later. Product was shipped in the meantime so never had a chance to taste it.
If you ever contacted them in the future, don't expect an immediate response as they are more interested in your repeat buying by continuously sending promotional emails. It's just not a company focus on customer service

I saw these on a giveway that I entered. Snacking is a great hobby of mine and thought these might be a great alternative to the other things I snack on. Gave them a shot. I was not disappointed. The cinnamon flavor is by far my favorite. I got the 3 pack variety to test each flavor. None of the flavors are bad. Cinnamon just is awesome. They help that crunch crave I get from time to time. And with the cocoa and cinnamon they give it more of the sweet side which I love. When I received them, I actually had little ants and bugs at the bottom of the box. Now I dont know if this is from it sitting out in front of my garage but Ive had other packages sit there and didnt have this problem. With that being said, the product inside was intact and was still very exceptional, aside from the critters that came along, Id definitely order more. Hopefully this time I wont have the added passengers.

Ordered for my son who can't have corn and is a snacker. We like the peanut best. Liked the Cinnamon too but the taste all around has peanut as the winner. He enjoyed them and I will check with him in a week or so and if he'll enjoy them I will order more. Trying to get him off too much salt too.
I think it is a great product with great ingredients. You deserve a gold star!!

My niece and I "discovered" Pnuff while watching a Shark Tank rerun. We were inspired to order and have never looked back. We have bought and re-purchased for ourselves and have sent some to other family and friends. My niece's favorite is the cinnamon and I love them all. I have also enjoyed them in milk as "cereal". Looking forward to ordering more.
